CWE was started over 8 years ago by Chris Winthrop after working for several years in the heavy construction industry. The company started with excavation and demolition and quickly grew to include installing septic fields. Due to an increasing demand, Onsite Septic Solutions was born. Chris Winthrop, our company President, has sat on the board of OWSIM or Onsite Wastewater System Installers of Manitoba for the past 4 years, and has been President of the same for 3 of these years. So, why should you call us? Or should we say; Why wouldn't you call us? We have over 20 years combined experience in the wastewater industry.
